Orchestra Networks’ EBX5 first in Master Data Management technology for 5th consecutive year

Leadership in customer satisfaction and multidomain implementations cited as key contributors

Paris, France and Boston, MA – August 1, 2016 – Orchestra Networks™, the data management company, today announced that their solution, EBX5, was ranked number one for technology by The Information Difference in their annual MDM Landscape report.  This marks the fifth year that EBX5, Orchestra Networks’ MDM/RDM solution, has led the pack for technological innovation. The report also found that Orchestra Networks’ customers were among the most satisfied in the industry.

For this year’s MDM Landscape, The information Difference evaluated over forty different solutions from forty vendors–as many vendors possess multiple MDM solutions. Sixteen vendors satisfied the minimum requirements and were ranked in this year’s report.   One key finding in this year’s report was that while almost all MDM vendors claim to be multi-domain, there is a clear divide in the industry between technologies that were designed mainly for customer data or product data, and those designed at the outset to handle multiple data domains.

“Master Data Management continues to be a very dynamic and fast growing market.  While some buyers continue to acquire single domain solutions, the broad market is shifting towards solutions that were designed at the outset to handle multiple data domains.” said Andy Hayler, CEO of The Information Difference. “Orchestra Networks is capitalizing on the demand for multidomain and is growing well above trend. We have observed that Orchestra Networks continues to innovate and remains committed customer success. The 2016 MDM Landscape highlights that.”

“We are proud to be recognized by The Information Difference as the leading MDM technology vendor for the fifth year in a row,” said Christophe Barriolade, President and CEO of Orchestra Networks. “At Orchestra Networks, our customers’ satisfaction and success drives our organization’s success. We’re gratified to be recognized, yet again, for customer satisfaction and innovation.”
